We want you to feel confident purchasing from Best Meditation Scripts. Since our products are downloadable digital files, this policy explains how refunds work.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a script, toolkit, or the Complete Library, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. We do not require a detailed explanation, though we do appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@bestmeditationscripts.com with the email address you used to purchase, and which script or bundle you'd like refunded. We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days.

What Happens When You're Refunded

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded script(s) is removed from your account library. If you purchased the Complete Library and are refunded, access to the full catalog is removed; any free starter scripts you received when you created your account are not affected.

The 30-Day Window Is Fixed

The 30-day window runs from your purchase date, regardless of whether you have downloaded or used the script. Not getting around to downloading your purchase does not extend the refund window or otherwise entitle you to a refund outside of it.

Fair Use of This Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to remove risk from trying our scripts, not to allow unlimited free access to our full catalog. We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to restrict future purchases, in cases of a clear pattern of purchasing, downloading, and refunding a large volume of content.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
